Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan mentioned as we speak that he has examined constructive for COVID-19. Sources from the Chief Minister’s Workplace (CMO) mentioned that the chief minister, who’s presently at his residence in Kannur in North Kerala, is asymptomatic.

“I’ve been confirmed Covid +ve. Will get handled on the Authorities Medical Faculty, Kozhikkode. Request those that have been involved with me lately to enter self commentary.,” the chief minister posted on Twitter.

“Presently, the chief minister is asymptomatic. However he’s more likely to be shifted to the Kozhikode Medical Faculty,” the chief minister’s workplace sources had mentioned.

His daughter Veena Vijayan and son-in-law PA Mohammed Riyas had earlier examined constructive.

Mr Vijayan had extensively travelled throughout the state as a part of the election marketing campaign for the Kerala meeting polls which have been held on April 6.
